She became interested in this path after beginning her job as a Patient Support Assistant in a Neurocritical ICU at Riverside Methodist Hospital. This past February she began working with the research team at Tzargournis Medical Research Facility associated with the James Cancer Center. Alongside this research, she was tasked with aiding the lab in preparing for CAP (College of American Pathologists) Certification over the course of six months. Lastly, she worked in coordination with labs and principal investigators across the United States and internationally to conduct various studies on samples for cancer research. Kailee will present her research experiences in the CIR Chat Session on Monday, November 13, 2023 from 5:30PM - 6:30PM in Smith Lab Room 1153 (SM1153). Smith Lab Room 1153 America/New_York public
